[7/19/09] Added Log in Pop Up And Fixed Code Generators

Hello, today we have added a new feature, it is a Log In Notification pop up.
When you are not logged in or registered this Notification will pop up. Telling
you if you wish to Log In, or Register.
If you dont want it to appear simply just click on the "Do not display this again" button.
We have also fixed the Code Generators, usually they wouldn't want to generate anything this was due to our template.
Please contact us if they are acting up again.
