[7/28/09]Added Side Bar

Hello all, We are pleased to announce that we have added a new
feature to Console Network Forums! It is a new Sidebar! This Side
Bar will help users Travel around the forums easier and faster, We
are adding more and more helpful tools to the Sidebar For example,
We have added a Chatbox to the sidebar which will make it more
easier to chat with fellow CN Members, instead of having to click
the Chatbox Link in the top(Chatbox Link will still be on the top)

So.. as we said we are planning on adding more useful and unique
tools on the Sidebar as Time goes on!

I like it. It has everything there without being a hassle.

Do you think you can add an option where users can click out of it? I think people should choose if they want it or not. I like it though
